The story behind ExcelPro

ExcelPro started with a simple frustration: why is it so hard to actually practice Excel?

There are thousands of Excel tutorials online. YouTube, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning — all excellent. But every single one has the same problem: you watch someone else use Excel, then close the tab, open a blank spreadsheet, and forget everything.

"The gap isn't knowledge. It's practice. Nobody built a place where you could actually do Excel, not just watch it."

So we built ExcelPro — a platform where every exercise lives in a real spreadsheet inside your browser. You type the formulas. You hit Enter. You see immediately if you're right or wrong. That feedback loop is everything.

We also made it career-specific. A nurse learning Excel doesn't need the same exercises as an accountant. A sales analyst needs different skills than an HR manager. Generic Excel training is like generic job interview prep — mostly useless.

ExcelPro launched in 2025 and has since grown to over 14,000 active learners across 80+ countries — most of them from markets where quality Excel training was either unavailable or unaffordable.
