Please read these Terms carefully before using ExcelPro. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ExcelPro ("Service"), operated by ExcelPro Ltd. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@excelpro.academy.
ExcelPro provides an interactive Excel learning platform including exercises, career tracks, an AI formula assistant, leaderboards, and certificate generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
The free tier is provided without warranty. We may limit features, add advertising, or change free tier limits at our discretion.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund on first-time Pro subscriptions. Contact billing@excelpro.academy within 7 days of your first charge.
Price changes: We will give 30 days notice of any price increases. Continuing to use the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
All exercises, content, design, and software on ExcelPro are the intellectual property of ExcelPro Ltd and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content (e.g. challenge solutions), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for operating and improving the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Certificates are awarded upon completion of a full career track on a Pro or Teams plan. Certificates are issued to the account holder and are non-transferable.
ExcelPro certificates are independently verified credentials. We make no guarantee that any specific employer will recognise or value our certificates.
We reserve the right to revoke certificates found to have been obtained through cheating or misrepresentation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExcelPro Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. Learning data may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion for backup purposes, then permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
